Hi Readers and Typers,
The jerks wanted a tenth of a bit coin but the PCLinux
Community of users, maintenance of site voluteers, coders and
helpers are slowly pulling the pieces back together. Shortly
we won't know it ever happened. We don't have money to ransom
our sites because donors like me of small amounts every so often
keep the all volunteer organization happening.
Now Synaptic and other packages related to updating are
changing and users have until the end of July to do the updates
that will put the changes in place. If you do not get those
changes in place updating will be hard. After you update you might
see a message informing you that Synaptic cannot preform a function.
Just close that and close Synaptic and restart it.
The main distributions are now dated 2023.05 If you cannot find them
online then leave a note and say which version you want and I will
try to find a working URL.
